Research on the Supporting Mechanism of Teaching Improvement from the Perspective of Learning Community——A Case Study of English Teaching Improvement in Nan Hua Junior High School

Abstract: The improvement of English teaching in Nanhua Junior High School aims to improve students' interest in English learning and the quality of English teaching. The purpose of this study is to sort out the improvement process of English teaching in Nan hua Junior High School and explore its improvement support mechanism. It is found that the school, through building a multi-party cooperative learning community as a supporting mechanism for teaching improvement, has formulated an action plan to implement teaching improvement. The multi-party subjects are universities, education administrative departments, non-governmental organizations and Nan hua junior high school. These subjects play the role of professional support, administrative support supervision support and field support in the improvement process, and jointly help the teaching of Nan hua junior high school learn how to improve and improve students' interest in English learning.
