Exploration and Practice of Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Introduction to Earth Science

Abstract: Introduction to Earth Science is an important curriculum in subject basic education module of undergraduate training program, and also a natural science curriculum in engineering education accreditation. Curriculum ideological and political education is the embodiment of all staff, the whole process and all-round education, and in this paper, the ideological and political education in the curriculum of Introduction to Earth Science is explored from five aspects. And in practice, the teachers should not only learn to be a teacher in intelligence but also be a model in character, and they should achieve the goal of ideological and political education through appropriate means.
