Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of rapid development of information technology, smart city and big data, the development of university library has encountered unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to become a truly, the growth of organisms need to carry out the basic principles of user-centered, make full use of the Internet, mobile devices, to establish perfect information sharing space and reader service platform, cross-border cooperation, the massive high quality foreign language digital product development, so that the library can conform to the trend of The Times, the advancing on the road of sustainable development.
