Abstract: Rural practical talents are an important part of our country's talent team. Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago, a large number of rural practical talents have come to the fore, effectively promoting the development of rural economy and society. At present, China's agricultural and rural areas have entered a new development period, the situation of rural human resources is undergoing profound changes. This paper studies the problems of farmers' education, finds out the existing problems, analyzes them, and formulates the education model in line with the current rural practical personnel training from the aspects of constructing the education and training system, perfecting the personnel training program, innovating the teaching implementation process and establishing the quality guarantee mechanism.
