Abstract: College physics is an important basic course, which has certain practicability, but the teaching content is complex and boring. In order to improve the teaching efficiency of teachers, we can start from the interest of students, mobilize the enthusiasm of students, and make students happy to learn physics knowledge. From the actual teaching, we can see that there are still problems in the current physics teaching. Teachers need to take reasonable teaching measures to improve the current teaching situation and improve their own teaching quality. Teachers also need to constantly innovate teaching methods, set reasonable teaching content for students, and carry out systematic education for students, so as to achieve the ideal teaching effect, so as to meet the learning needs of students and improve the current situation of physics teaching.
