Abstract: In the context of new engineering, in order to meet the new requirements of personnel training, colleges and universities are gradually deepening the reform and exploration of university computer basic courses. Under this background, the computer teaching department of our university has been continuously accumulating experience and reforming, exploring the online and offline hybrid teaching mode and optimizing the evaluation mechanism, and in the further teaching reform, the establishment of online and offline mixed teaching mode and related teaching evaluation system has been completed. It effectively improves the teaching effect of basic computer courses, and it also makes students' ability in computer application further enhanced.
