Abstract: With the continuous expansion of higher education, fresh graduates are facing more and more employment pressure, especially for poor students, the employment situation is more severe. In this context, the employment of poor students in higher vocational colleges has gradually become a crucial part of the social and government support. This paper makes an in-depth study on the employment assistance for poor students in Higher Vocational Colleges of traditional Chinese medicine, hoping to provide a strong reference for the effective development of the employment assistance for poor students in the future.
