Abstract: With the deepening of China's higher education system reform, China's higher education has entered the primary stage of popularization. Under the guidance of the new concept of students as the main body of development and student-centered education, it has been proved that the introduction of tutorial system in undergraduate education is feasible in the past decades of practice. Especially in the new historical situation, the introduction of "Undergraduate Tutorial System" is the key to the reform of university education system and management system. According to the actual work, the author focuses on the implementation of "Undergraduate Tutorial System" of Ideological and political students in civil aviation universities, and explores its value implication, logical mechanism and practical strategy.
