Abstract: "Three-round education" means all-round education, all-round education and all-round education. The starting point is to train people, the center is education, and the focus is all-round. Adult higher education is an important part of China's higher education. In the new era, we should implement the fundamental task of cultivating people through moral education and ideological and political work. It is of great significance to improve the quality of talent cultivation and the comprehensive quality of talents by learning the whole process and educating the whole staff in an all-round way. Starting from the current situation of Ideological and political education in adult higher education in the new era, this paper analyses the necessity and significance of "three-round education" in adult higher education, and explores and puts forward that the implementation of "three-round education" in adult higher education should start from four aspects: a profound understanding of the connotation of "three-round education" and the establishment of "great ideological and political education". Work pattern; Establish a sound education system, focusing on the effectiveness of the work; put ideological and political education throughout the whole process of students' education, teaching and management; innovate the way of educating people, and strive to form a multi-dimensional and all-round education personality bureau.
