Abstract: Under the premise of scientific and technological progress, China's biopharmaceutical industry began to rise gradually, the demand for biopharmaceutical-related talents further increased, biopharmaceutical students employment prospects are very broad, to achieve the modernization level of China's biopharmaceutical industry has an important significance. Nowadays, the employment process of biopharmaceutical students is faced with the lack of practical and all-round career planning in colleges and universities, the improvement of the feedback mechanism of employment guidance information, and the lack of awareness of vocational planning. The concept of " three-round education " put forward by the state provides a theoretical basis for the employment of biopharmaceutical students, and colleges and universities should carry out the concept of " three-round education ", so as to train useful talents for society.
