Research on the Reconstruction and Practice of "Industry University Research" Integrated Talent Training Mode of Computer Specialty in Colleges and Universities based on the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

Abstract: Since the teaching concept of "collaborative innovation" was put forward, "collaborative innovation + industry university research" has become a new concept and new idea of Taizhou University personnel training, especially computer professional personnel training. From the perspective of collaborative innovation, "industry university research" integrated talent training mode is the current mainstream and the suitable for China's market talent development needs the coordination and integration of different social division of labor in terms of function and resource advantages, such as practice and scientific research, forms a new education mode through organic combination. This study will take Taizhou University as an example, innovate the current talent training mode of computer specialty in Colleges and universities from the perspective of collaborative innovation, reconstruct the "production, learning and research" integrated talent training mode of computer specialty in Colleges and universities, and put forward effective practical strategies.
