Research on the Health Education for College Students in New Media Era

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of new media technology has changed and enriched people's way of life, learning and communication. It brings beneficial impact on college students' mental health as well as some negative influences. To improve the effect of mental health education for college students in new media era, it is necessary to improve network mental health education system firstly. Secondly, rebuilding early warning mechanism of college students' psychological crisis. Furthermore, improving professional level of the mental health education team. Finally, enhancing ability of college students' self-mental health education.
