Abstract: Young college students are in an important stage of adultification and socialization,which is a critical period of values, world outlook, psychological quality and personality formation. The headteacher is the backbone of ideological education in colleges and affects the growth of students. Their responsibility lies in "guiding". The headteacher should guide students to set up positive attitude, cultivate their good quality, guide their growth ideologically, let them cherish college life and establish their value pursuit. How to guide students correctly is the focus of the headteacher.
