Abstract: In order to exploration of online teaching interactive classroom mode and the course organization design method——taking the course of doctor patient communication in higher vocational colleges as an example, mainly used literature research, expert consultation, information research and the combination of related subject training and teaching practice to explore effective methods of teacher-student interaction. The results show that role-based discussion and doctor-patient role-playing with parents and relatives can improve the enthusiasm of online discussion, increase the collision between teachers and students, students and students, and achieve effective interaction. Conclusion: Although students in online teaching do not have direct experience in class, but they can deduce and simulate real scenes with their families through discussion, so that "learning is not confined to the place and is more than learning from books" in the class, enable students and their families and friends to obtain the most direct doctor-patient experience.
