Abstract: The research is launched in the form of questionnaire, which investigates day students' groups, reasons, conditions of study and life, consumption levels, psychological adaptation, etc. After that, the author analyze the questionnaire data,put forward strategy on day students management according to class, family,the second class and some other aspects.Meanwhile, this paper takes the student demand as the guidance, and proposes the education management mode of "Internet plus day students". It also explores the development path of providing precise service for college students through the big data through the construction of information and intelligence in student apartments, in order to better play the important role of student apartments as a place for educating people, and improve the development concept of student apartment services and education.
