Abstract: At the national two sessions in 2015, Premier Li Keqiang pointed out in the government work report that "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" should be built into one of the "two engines" to promote the continuous development of China's economy. The resulting wave of innovation and entrepreneurship provides a new direction for the education and training of contemporary college students, and also puts forward requirements for the innovation and construction of university curriculum system. Based on this, this paper starts from the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", analyzes the requirements of the mode of mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents, and combines with the principles, content and guarantee of the construction of film and television director professional Inquiry Curriculum System in higher vocational colleges, in order to provide ideas for the cultivation of film and television director professional mass entrepreneurship and innovation talents.
