Research on the Application of BOPPPS Teaching Model in the Course of "Instrument Analysis" under the Background of "Internet plus"——Taking "Instrument Analysis" in the Course of Food Inspection as An Example

Abstract: Based on the background of "Internet plus" , this paper combines teacher's guidance with students' self-regulated learning by using Internet+teaching, Internet+instructional software in the purpose of the student's study initiative and the creativity. Taking the experiment of "detection of preservatives in food" as the carrier, this paper focuses on the concrete practice and the application of the BOPPPS teaching mode of BOPPPS teaching mode in instrumental analysis in the course of food quality and safety of our university, in the course of the teaching model in the traditional classroom teaching reform and practical application will be protruded.
