Analysis on the Present Situation of Classroom Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges and Innovation of Countermeasures

Abstract: In the process of higher vocational education, due to the difference of students, teaching management and other reasons, there is a general situation of low quality of classroom teaching. This paper analyzes the influence factors of students, teachers, management and environment, and puts forward the countermeasures of classroom teaching management innovatively from four aspects: perfecting system management, strengthening mobile phone management, establishing process evaluation system, strengthening teacher training and assessment.
