Abstract: Because of continuous changes in the educational services of cooperative exchange students in colleges and universities, the traditional educational management methods will gradually fail to meet the needs of cooperative exchange students. Based on this, this paper applies the TQM system to the educational management of cooperative exchange students. The TQM system is goal-oriented, emphasizes the integrity and systematization of the educational process, and focuses on quality management, which is of certain significance to improve the educational management level of cooperative exchange students in colleges and universities.
