Abstract: With the development of social economy, the new economy with new technology, new industry, new format and new mode as the core will bring a new round of strategic opportunities for development. The new industry brought by new technology will also become the main position of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship. At present, although under the strong support of the state and the deepening reform of colleges and universities, college students' innovation and entrepreneurship have achieved gratifying results, but there are still many problems. Therefore, we must combine with the characteristics of the new economic development, further play the leading role of the government, continue to deepen the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities, and constantly improve the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students, so as to make them become the promoters and creators of the new economic development. This is of great significance to relieve the pressure of College Students' employment and entrepreneurship, and to serve "six stability" and "six guarantees".
