Abstract: Carrying out entrepreneurship and innovation is the production and operation activities of enterprises that the government attaches great importance to at present. Will corporate entrepreneurship be affected by boundary-spanning search and absorptive capacity? In order to test the effects of boundary-spanning search and absorptive capacity on corporate entrepreneurship,the paper obtained data from 277 valid questionnaire data by investigating enterprises in Jiangsu,Anhui,Zhejiang and other regions. Based on the research data, internal consistency reliability analysis are carried out. In the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA),CR value of combined reliability and average variation extraction amount (AVE ) are used to evaluate the validity of boundary-spanning search,absorptive capacity and corporate entrepreneurship. The reliability and validity results of the sample data indicate that,boundary-spanning search,absorptive capacity and corporate entrepreneurship variable data have high reliability and validity,which meets the needs of research.
