An Analysis of the Influencing Factors of College Students' Employment Pressure

Abstract: With the continuous increase in the number of college graduates in recent years, the difficulty of college students’ employment has become increasingly prominent. This study conducted an overall descriptive analysis of the employment pressure of college students through interviews with the employment pressure of junior and senior students of Liaocheng University and interviews with different types of enterprises, and analyzed the impact of enterprises on the employment pressure of college students. The results show that: social pressure is the largest and school pressure is the least; college students' employment pressure is at a moderate to low level; college students will take the initiative to relieve employment pressure. In terms of enterprises, recruitment trends, the economic environment of enterprises, and the employment structure of enterprises all have an impact on the employment pressure of college students. In this regard, we made targeted recommendations.
