Abstract: With the rapid development of higher vocational schools, professional satisfaction is a reflection of the school's educational level and the quality of personnel training. The professional satisfaction of students in higher vocational colleges has always attracted the attention of schools and the society. Professional satisfaction and the employment tendency and employment of students. There is a certain relationship between expectations and the quality of employment. Only by solving the problem of student training can we better achieve the fundamental task of establishing a virtuous person. This article uses the graduates of electronic information majors in higher vocational colleges as a survey object to conduct a questionnaire survey. The survey results show that the high employment rate of students does not mean that the employment satisfaction is high; from the subjective and objective aspects, student professional satisfaction is greatly affected by subjective factors, including professional skills, innovation and entrepreneurship, interpersonal skills, professional cognition and personal Expectations, etc.
