Abstract: With the development of the times, innovation and entrepreneurship have become a popular development trend. The rapid development of business specialty and its integration with other industries have promoted the emergence of various new business forms, which makes the market demand for innovation and entrepreneurship talents of business specialty increasing. In view of the current situation that there is a disconnection between the training of business professionals and the market demand, this paper introduces the OBE concept into the training of business innovation and entrepreneurship talents, and restructures the curriculum system of talent training through the analysis and reform of the training mode of business professionals. On the basis of capacity-building and output-oriented, through the analysis of curriculum teaching objectives, this paper studies the reconstruction of curriculum content, the optimization of curriculum teaching implementation process, the construction of curriculum evaluation system and the construction of quality evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training, so as to improve the learning output quality of innovation and entrepreneurship talents, to meet the market demand for business professional innovation and entrepreneurship talents.
