Abstract: :Social practice is an important way to realize ideological education for teenagers. Primary and secondary school is the period when students are most likely to establish ideological and political education. At this time, students' learning and life tutors are school teachers. In order to better carry out social practice activities, the school should strengthen the training of practice guidance teachers. The person in charge of social practice activities should give priority to teachers with rich practical experience and high level of Ideological and political education, so that they can play a better leading role and guide students better. Experiential education is the basic way to carry out ideological first education, which can internalize the requirements of teenagers' ideology and morality into students' conscious actions. This paper discusses how to innovate the methods of Ideological and political education in primary and secondary schools in social practice.
