Abstract: Government procurement has become a feasible channel and mechanism for achieving openness, fairness, control security and regulation scientificity in China's national defense, economy, education, health, public management and other fields. At the same time, the supply-side reform is on the rise, which, starting from multi-perspective and structure optimization, increasingly satisfies people's fair, eco-friendly and efficient life and production needs with development and innovation. This paper analyzes the characteristics of government procurement and supply side, studies the connection relation and mutual evaluation relation between the two and, combined with Guangdong University of Technology’s practical application of government procurement and supply side, discusses how the two can promote each other and achieve common development.
