Analysis on the Influencing Factors of High-Quality Employment for Private College Graduates——Taking Nantong Institute of Technology as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Private colleges are an indispensable part of socialist education. How to improve the high-quality employment ability of private college graduates and promote high-quality employment is the focus of social and college attention. Based on the definition of high-quality employment, this paper analyzes the employment status of private college students-take Nantong Institute of Technology as an example and the factors that affect the high-quality employment of college students, and gives some reasonable suggestions.
