Study on the Construction of Founder Studio in Higher Vocational Education—— Taking Food Processing Technology as an Example

Abstract: " Founder Studio" takes food processing technology as an example, takes the team of Higher Vocational College students as the main body, builds the platform of theory promoting practice, promotes the integrated teaching model of "learning-research-innovation" , and enables students to show themselves on the platform of starting a business, enhance students' ability of independent innovation and entrepreneurship, and lay a good foundation for students' future entrepreneurship and employment.
