Abstract: As a group of talents who are about to enter the society, college students should not only require the mastery of skills, but also have a healthy psychological state. With the development of society and the increase of pressure in all aspects, it is more necessary for college students to have a healthy psychology to face all kinds of things in society before entering the society. At present, there are still some problems in mental health education for college students. This paper probes into the existing problems in depth, and puts forward the construction strategy of mental health education model to help college students build a healthy psychology and have a positive attitude towards work and life.
