Exploration on the Mode of Cultivating Characteristic Talents for Compound Business English Major in Private Colleges and Universities

Abstract

Abstract: Private colleges and universities should cultivate compound business English talents. The reform and development of its teaching mode is a huge and complicated project, which involves the training of teachers, target positioning, textbook guarantee, system construction, curriculum setting and teaching methods. When cultivating business English professionals, private colleges and universities should take measures in line with local conditions, constantly innovate the teaching content and teaching mode, and highlight the characteristics of talent training. This paper first analyzes the main problems and difficulties in the cultivation of business English professionals in private colleges and universities, and on this basis discusses how to optimize and improve, and discusses my personal views and understandings for reference.
