Research and Practice of Computer Basic Course Construction Under the

Abstract

Abstract: The "Belt and Road" strategy puts forward new requirements for talent training in colleges and universities, and also brings new development opportunities for higher education. In this paper, the connotation and characteristics of innovative talent training mode are expounded in view of the key problems that need to be solved urgently in the current stage of public computer course teaching in private colleges and universities under the background of the Belt and Road Initiative. Secondly, combined with the task demand of application-oriented undergraduate teaching reform, and taking Xi 'an translation and interpretation university as an example, the paper puts forward a new idea of constructing innovative talent training mode of computer basic courses in private colleges and universities.
