Experimental Study on the Implementation of "Independent Learning and Practice" in College Aerobics Class

Abstract: Modern education advocates students to study independently, and believes that it is more effective for students to acquire knowledge by themselves than to teach knowledge directly to students. This paper mainly studies the implementation of "independent learning and practice" in college aerobics class. By analyzing the experimental data, it is concluded that "independent learning and practice" has obvious advantages over traditional teaching methods, and is suitable for popularization and application in college aerobics class.
