Abstract: UNESCO calls entrepreneurship education "the third education passport", and emphasizes the new concept of" people-oriented ". The long-term "ability-based" training paradigm of higher vocational entrepreneurship education in our country clearly deviates from the humanistic concept. The paradox of attaching great importance to the subjectivity of higher vocational colleges and focusing on its implementation and objectively achieving little results has forced higher vocational entrepreneurship education to reflect on its training paradigm. The core competitiveness of artificial intelligence era is the professional personality of entrepreneurial individuals, therefore, the introduction of "personality standard" training paradigm in higher vocational education is the demand of the times. The "whole-person education" model of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), the enterprise survey report of the Shanghai Institute of Health, the successful case of the "Tao Zi Gong Fang" chain, or the relationship between "personality-based" education and entrepreneurship education provide valuable research evidence.
