Abstract: The feasibility of the integration of the two is discussed by analyzing the current situation in private colleges and universities from the aspects of educational objectives, educational content, educational methods and educational forms. Thus, this suggests that integration of the two in educational content, educational forms, education carriers, teachers and management systems should be realized by perfecting the curriculum structure system, improving the guidance service system, carrying out a variety of second classroom activities, strengthening the professional training of teachers and setting up specialized institutions. And then, the integration system of career education and mental health education in private colleges and universities is constructed to improve the educational effect and promote the growth and sustainable development of students.
