Research on the Working Mechanism of School Enterprise Collaborative Ideological and Political Education under the Background of Vocational Education Reform

Abstract: For further implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, combined with the national vocational education reform plan spirit, the school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges should always focus on the fundamental problem of what kind of person to train, how to train people and for whom. By analyzing the challenges and advantages of both sides in the ideological education work under the background of in-service education reform, the ideological and political education resources contained in the teaching and training of schools and enterprises are constantly explored. Through the integration of superior resources, we can explore the working mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in Ideological and political education, constantly improve the ideological and political level of students, cultivate talents with both political integrity and ability for enterprises, and train socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor.
