The Practice Teaching Mode of Applied Undergraduate of Financial Engineering Specialty based on Integrative Innovation

Abstract: Based on the needs of enterprises, this paper examines the practical curriculum planning and teaching mode reform of financial engineering student training system under the background of "big business", and puts forward the "three integration" innovation concept, that is, the knowledge integration of production, teaching and research, the integration of school-enterprise and school-school organizations, and the integration of domestic and international regions. On the student training, it should strengthen the concept of open, market-driven concept, linkage, the idea of the joint, cooperative sharing between colleges, etc... This article suggests that in the way of inter-university consortium, linkage between colleges and Chinese-foreign cooperation to integrate with higher education personnel training model and practice curriculum and teaching model of the world, so that the personnel training can adapt to the new talent market demand under the background of integration innovation at home and abroad.
