Research on the Path of Higher Vocational College Counselors Improving Students' Vocational Core Quality under the Concept of "Three Complete Education"

Abstract: The current higher vocational education philosophy of "taking service development as the purpose and promoting employment as the guidance" has put forward higher requirements for cultivating talents' professional core quality. These "soft power", which is related to students' employment and career development, is the fundamental task of higher vocational colleges to cultivate students with morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, as well as an important measure to train students to develop talents in an all-round way. Combined with the concept of "three complete education" and counselors' roles and responsibilities in the work of higher vocational colleges, this paper promotes and cultivates vocational core qualities of higher vocational students through the mode of "Three Complete Education": whole-staff, whole-process, whole-round.
