The Practice and Exploration of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Application-oriented Business Major Based on the "Six in One" of CDIO

Abstract: This paper establishes an innovation and entrepreneurship education system of “Six in One” by using CDIO education model from six aspects: the general idea of innovation and entrepreneurship education, main participants, teaching process, teaching level, evaluation mechanism and guarantee conditions. Aiming at innovation and entrepreneurship education for application-oriented Business majors, it puts forward innovation and entrepreneurship education concept from the perspective of all-around skill cultivation, advanced development process of "teacher-student dual system" for main participants, innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system, evaluation mechanism and guarantee conditions, etc., and discusses cooperative education platforms, such as platforms based on local think tanks, integration of industry and education as well as cultivation of students' vocational skills, in order to constantly promote sustainable and effective development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
