Research on the Development of School-based Curriculum and the Construction of School Characteristic Culture

Abstract: Victory Road Primary School develops a school-based curriculum named Tangshan Ceramics by deriving nutrition from the long history of Tangshan ceramic culture. By constructing the classroom teaching mode, the spiritual and cultural connotation of the school is sublimated, and the educational environment is improved as well. Developing this school-based curriculum is also helpful for improving the professional level of teachers, cultivating students to develop in an all-round and individual way, highlighting school characteristics and promoting the construction of school culture.
