Abstract: Teachers would teach a large number of students and pay attention to the overall teaching needs at first, and then take account into the individual difference teaching in the traditional "big class" system. Students often depend on the teacher's demonstration guidance and develop the habit of passive acceptance of knowledge and emphasis on skills and theory. It is of great significance that the diversified teaching of secondary vocational dancing in the new era reform to the traditional dance teaching .It is a teaching method to exert the advantages of "online" and "offline ", and adopt multi-level teaching activities, diversified technical means and multi-dimensional teaching evaluation. It will guide students to study at different levels, to make students become the real masters of learning, to improve the efficiency of dance learning, and to improve the students' personal ability in an all-round way.
