Abstract: In recent years, the employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious. In order to improve the employability of college students, the SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of College Students' employment. It is proposed that the innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities should timely adjust the education methods, curriculum content, curriculum, assessment system and other measures, so as to achieve accurate employment, stable employment, strength entrepreneurship, and promote rapid economic development.
