Abstract: The Ideological and Political Education of curriculum is a comprehensive education idea, which is based on "establishing morality and cultivating people", and through the joint construction of the whole staff, the whole course and the whole course, it can promote all kinds of courses and ideological and political education to proceed in the same direction and produce synergistic effect. College Chinese is a compulsory basic course for all kinds of colleges and universities. The main goal is to cultivate students'humanistic quality and ability to use language, so as to improve their humanistic spirit and political quality. Under the background of ideological and Political Education, College Chinese course has its unique advantages and is the main way to carry out ideological and political education in colleges and universities. At the same time, College Chinese teachers are the leading person of Chinese course teaching, shoulder the important responsibility of cultivating students' Chinese application ability,and plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students'ability of Chinese application and improving their humanistic and comprehensive qualities. This paper expounds the relationship between the college Chinese course and the ideological and political education of the course, analyzes the present situation and problems of the ideological and political education of the course in the teaching of the college Chinese teachers, starting from the functions of the college Chinese course teachers in the ideological and political education of the course, this paper probes into the functions of college Chinese teachers in ideological and Political Education.
