Research on Practical Teaching Reform in Application-oriented Universities under the Goal of Cultivating Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability

Abstract: The innovation ability is an important quality of informationalization talented people, under the background of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities for practical teaching conducted a series of construction and reform, but also a variety of problems at the same time. For example, the content of practical teaching is relatively old and cannot keep pace with the development of The Times. The structure of teaching staff is unbalanced and there is a lack of full-time teachers with professional experience. At the same time, in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability, more attention is paid to short-term achievements, lacking of long-term development goals and data management of students' career. Lack of innovation in teaching methods and assessment methods, it is difficult to stimulate students' initiative learning. Applied undergraduate colleges and universities should take the corresponding effective strategies for problems, to adapt the demand of society and the enterprises and institutions.
