Abstract: In order to carry out the spirit of the 19th Party Congress and Xi Jinping's idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era。It is urgent to urge colleges and universities to broaden the basic employment channels for college students. It is an inevitable requirement to carry out ideological and political education in the grass-roots employment work of college students in the new era. It is necessary to integrate the ideological and political work of colleges and universities into the research of the employment guidance service system in the new era, and to deepen the university graduates' cognition of the employment prospect at the grass-roots level and to enhance their recognition of the development of grass-roots employment through the method of ideological and political work.
