Investigation and Analysis of Training Courses on Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship of Cross-specialized Enterprises——Taking Jianghan University as an example

Abstract

Abstract: The cross major enterprise management innovation entrepreneurship training courses will be organized with different specialized student to do business simulations in different roles in a virtual simulation of the organization by using the simulation platform in a relatively concentrated time, which to improve students' professional knowledge and professional skills, so as to improve students' ability to employment. We should adjust practical training course time, plan raining process management and assessment by collective lesson preparation and we should build a complete professional practical training teacher team.
