Abstract: The party spirit education is the education of party organization on the relevant organizational concept, theoretical knowledge for the party members, in order to improve the party spirit level of party members. Based on the current situation of the party for college students in the new era, this paper tries to deepen the "experiential" practical education, to create a "heuristic" teaching environment, develop "Internet +" education channels. Based on campus cultural life and other aspects, this paper proposes an innovative way of party education, aiming at helping college students to supplement the "calcium" of spirit.
