Research on the Training Objectives and Strategies of Land and Spatial Planning Talents in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: With the reform of the spatial planning system, territorial spatial planning has become a new direction for the future development of the urban and rural planning industry, and is the legal basis for the country to guide spatial development and protection in various regions. This article focuses on the needs of talent cultivation in vocational colleges, sorts out the current curriculum system of spatial planning in vocational colleges, summarizes the main problems in talent cultivation, and interprets the limitations of curriculum design. The core goals and strategies for talent cultivation have been clarified, including reshaping the thinking of vocational talent cultivation in national spatial planning, constructing a“2+X”subject curriculum system that combines main and auxiliary elements, etc., to provide reference for the establishment of relevant majors and talent cultivation in vocational colleges.
