Abstract: As a key element in ensuring high-quality education and talent cultivation in universities, the teaching quality supervision system needs to be continuously improved and developed in accordance with the deepening of education and teaching reform. Faced with the current problems of incomplete teaching quality supervision methods, insufficient independence of supervision institutions, limited transparency of supervision data, and insufficient use of supervision results, universities can improve their teaching quality supervision system by improving teaching quality evaluation, student evaluation, and listening systems, as well as establishing and improving teaching quality supervision organizational structures, introducing third-party evaluation institutions, and other means, in order to further enhance teaching quality in universities quality of talent cultivation.
