Abstract: Under the background of medical education collaboration, the main position of medical talents training in affiliated hospitals of universities must be strengthened constantly. The key to improve the quality of medical talents training is the construction of high-quality clinical teachers. Cheeloo College of Medical takes the construction of teaching staff as the most important basic project, effectively implements the main responsibility of personnel training in affiliated hospitals, and strengthens the construction of teachers'ethics and medical ethics. We should give full play to the leading role of teachers, especially clinical teachers, in teaching and improving the professional quality of medical students, and improve the quality of medical personnel training.
