Exploration of the Model of School Enterprise Cooperation for Cultivating Innovative Ability of Professional Degree Masters

Abstract: The school enterprise cooperation model, as an effective training cultivation method, has been widely applied in the cultivation of master’s degrees in horticulture. This article explores the role of the school enterprise cooperation model in cultivating innovative abilities for master’s degrees in horticulture from the perspective of cultivating innovative abilities, and analyzes its advantages and challenges. By exploring the school enterprise cooperation training models such as the technology small institute model, industry university research project model, and internship practice model, this study found that these models play a key role in cultivating the innovation ability of horticultural master's degree holders. These models not only promote the organic integration of academic resources in universities and practical experience in enterprises, but also provide students with a more comprehensive and practical training environment, which helps to enhance their innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities. This study provides valuable reference for cultivating high-level innovative talents in the field of horticulture by summarizing successful cases and exploring more suitable cooperation models.
